Micro Mug Cake

A fast microwaved protein mug cake that can fit almost anyone's macros!

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1 Scoop Best Plant Protein
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 2 TBSP egg whites
  • 1 tsp sf skinny syrup of choice
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  • Mix ingredients thoroughly to a thick consistency and microwave from 90-120 secs based on micro power! Can be topped with low sugar fruit topping, fresh fruit or fat free whip topping of choice
